Holding a Master's Degree in HRM and Industrial Relations, a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and various other people and culture related accreditations, I bring a wealth of knowledge from the Australian retail and financial services sectors. My consulting passion is geared towards aiding small-medium enterprises in achieving their HR aspirations with a specific focus on highly regulated industries such as the mutual banking and credit union sectors within Australia.
