Holding a Master's Degree in HRM and Industrial Relations, a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, AI and Change Management education and various other people and culture related accreditations, I bring a wealth of knowledge from a range of sectors. My consulting passion is geared towards aiding small-medium enterprises in achieving their HR aspirations with a specific focus on helping organisations manage the impact of AI job displacement on their workforce in an ethical, pragmatic and human-centric way.
